The Y Combinator-backed company has officially unveiled Ticket Fairy 3.0, an AI-powered operating system designed to give independent festivals, venues, and promoters access to the same level of infrastructure as major players like Live Nation and AEG. By combining artificial intelligence, financial tools, and funding into a single platform, Ticket Fairy is positioning itself as a new backbone for the modern live events ecosystem.
Ticket Fairy, by its own admission, is “a next-generation event ticketing, marketing, management, intelligence and revenue acceleration platform, providing event promoters and venue managers the tools necessary to increase attendance levels, social media exposure and consumer engagement” all in order to “provide an enhanced experience to their patrons.”

Through its credit partners, Ticket Fairy can now provide funding to festivals, events and venues of up to £5 million per client in the UK, up to €3 million per client in Spain, Netherlands, Belgium and Ireland, and up to $3 million per client in the United States.
Ticket Fairy allows organisers of live events to use one single platform to execute their event strategy and own their customer relationships, creating and tracking customer LTVs for their business. The platform offers best practices digital marketing and CRM functionality. Analytics and operational functions of selling and distributing tickets are streamlined, with social amplification tools to engage and excite customers.
